Well, in Nottingham every year we have a few days of snow. And every year County Councils and businesses FAIL UTTERLY at orderhng in enough salt to clear the main roads so public transport (which I use) can run. For they all rely on good old English weather to clear it away by raining. But then, nobody around here is happy unless they have something to complain about.
