Can haz advice?

#1

Post by Borg12345 » Thu Mar 01, 2012 12:02 pm

I'm just wondering if anyone's had any experience with Reddit? I'm thinking of trying to promote my work through it and I don't know how good an idea it is. I might reach a lot of people... but I'd be reaching a lot of Redditors. :P Are they actually that bad, or am I right to be cautious?

I'm just kidding of course. Erm, I'm not sure what sort of community 'Redditors' are but quite a few people seem to be using Reddit.

Sorry I couldn't have been more help.

Well basically when I asked a couple of my mates last night they summed it up quite tastefully with "reddit users are douchebags 60% of the time, all the time" :P

I've heard less than kind thing about Reddit but is that really the case? XD

To be honest I haven't anything good or bad about Reddits users, or Reddit itself, other than it being considered as a relatively good news source. So... I guess the users can't be 'that' bad. But that's pure speculation on my part.
