The Beginning
The Beginning
Faya was enjoying herself greatly. It had never really occured to her before that she could use her sword on things that didn't move or bleed - trees weren't nearly as fun as people, but they screamed nontheless. She reveled in their screams and pleas for mercy as her blood-tainted blade bit into the wood, then danced around like a child when the forest behemoths fell. That was twelve down, just eight more to go and the game would be beaten. Trees were no good at games.
The Beginning
Kata
~~~~
Across the surface of Kata walked a large humanoid covered in heavy black scales; his shoulders so broad, they were larger than his torso, making him look shorter than normal despite being eight feet tall. He wore plated armor, and a sword lay on his back. He seemed to be ignoring the cold for the most part, until he noticed the blob and the human female cowering in one of the many springs that dotted the planet.
He took off his helmet, revealing his head to be leonine despite the dragonish features. He spoke in a deep, rumbling voice that seemed to originate somewhere in his chest.
"Pardon me, madam, being, but would either of you need assistance from the biting cold?"
Ana
~~~~
Almost as soon as she left, Athena returned with several rabbits, and a single deer which she started preparing for cooking. She wasn't sure the dragon would be happy with the deer, though.
It didn't take long until the fire was hot enough to cook food on; She stuck the rabbits onto a spit, and started cooking them. The dragon could probably cook his own meal.

The Beginning
There was only what could be described as a faint shattering sound as the world spat out yet another person.
Flipside stared blankly up at the sky (And therefore Kata) as she tried to get her bearings, slowly sitting up after she was done. Something felt....Wrong. A good chunk of her memory was gone- something she knew that simply wasn't right- and there was a cloud of playing cards drifting around. She reached out and grabbed a few: Joker, queen of eyes, and four aces.
"Huh. That makes....A lot of sense, actually," she muttered quietly as she stood up and pulled the rest unceremoniously out of the air, picking a direction and wandering off.

Back on Kata, Mimas let out a surprised 'meep!', her wide eyes fixated on the dark newcomer.
"Who are you?!" She asked, rather weirded out by the strangest thing she'd ever seen.

"My name is my task." He said. "Guardian is both my name and what I am." He said, nodding solemnly and going down to one knee. "Greetings."

The Beginning
The Goddess pondered over this... 'Guardian's' offer of assistance for a short while. He seemed polite enough, but maybe it was just his appearance that made her nervous. A dark, humanoid lion-dragon appearing suddenly?
"Don't take this the wrong way, but... How can we know if we can trust you or not?"

The Dracon looked at the girl for a long minute, and then said, quietly and calmly;
"Are you questioning my honor?"

The Beginning
Somewhat baffled at the sudden arrival of this Knight, and a bit wary of his appearance, Cp just watched as the two shot questions back and forth. Unfortunately, the topic seemed to gradually decline, and finally the new arrival mentioned something about his Honor in a scarily calm voice.
Knowing the warning signs, the Goo Globule deflated a bit, sinking half under the water. His questions seemed like they were still going to have to wait.

The Beginning
At the camp, Furnaces heavy breathing rumbled through the air, and thin wisps of black smoke escaped from the opening in his clawmade shelter. Clearly, the dragon was asleep and entirely oblivious to anything going on right now.

Somewhere else on Kata, the invisible arrivals footsteps paused briefly once it was in sight of Markus and Melu, as though considering something before continuing.
They headed not for the little girl, the weaker of the group, but instead towards the mercenary. More specifically, towards Markus' back.

Back on Kata, Mimas murmured quietly. "Ah... honor..."
Some people take their honor very seriously, and this appeared to be one of those people. Though she was still nervous, she decided to try trusting this newcomer.
"All right. We could use some help."

The Beginning
Bobbing half under the surface of the water, Clonepikaaa watched as weather girl agreed to accept some assistance. He didn't blame her, they really were in bad shape, but something just didn't seem 100 percent about this knight fellow. Then again, how could you go wrong with a name like "Guardian"?
Taking a minute to surface, the little Goo spoke up to the Draconian fellow.
"Yes...yes we need a shelter. Do you know if there is one nearby?" Then deciding to seize the moment, "Not...to intrude, But, how long have you been here? On this planet?"

"Nay more than two hours." He said. "I've found not much shelter, but I feel a cave nearby. I was traveling there when I came across you two. "I have a small lightstone, which I am told generates heat as well as light. Perhaps I can use that to help the two of you until we reach the cavern."

The Beginning
((Note: The profiles for these two, possibly three, shall follow shortly))
On Kata:
There were two brilliant flashes as the world of Pax abducted yet another two people. One was very human looking while the other was more of an armour clad draconic biped. The first was female, around 5'5 in height and possessing shoulder length, brown hair with a tint of silver. Her eyes too were brown, but with a yellow tint instead and possessed a certain feral quality to them. Her clothes were made of a silvery material as well-though that was kinda hard to see as the snowdrift she had plowed into when she fell had utterly soaked them.
The second draconic creatures platemail armour was equally as wet-from the long helmet down to the spikes that ran the length of her mail covered tail. Her uncovered wings however, glistened with moisture on her silver scales. The only thing spared the soaking were her twin katanas safe in their sheathes. When she righted herself, bright red eyes looked out from the visor of her helmet.
*S-so c-c-cold* the apparently human female complained, drawing her arms closer to her body to stave said cold off "Y-you'd think w-we'd be used to th-this"
The draconian stood up to her full seven feet, brushed the remaining snow off her armour, and looked up at the sky that showed a different planet altogether. Red eyes narrowed before she answered her companion-and though she tried to hide it, it was clear she was just as cold "I don't think so" she looked to the woman "Tala, why don't you just transform anyway?"
"I-I'm already s-s-soaked to the b-bone Syllak" Tala answered her friend "a-adding wet f-fur smell w-won't h-help either of u-us"
Tala sniffed the icy air, sneezed and then turned around, closely followed by the draconian. "A-at least w-we're n-not alone h-here"
Syllak took one step towards the trio of blob floating in water, naked woman (whom Tala was doing her best to look anywhere but at) and armoured draconian-lion creature, and gave as deep a bow as she could in the cold "Excuse me" she said politely "I and my friend appear to be lost. You wouldn't happen to know where we are, would you? Or somewhere a little drier perhaps?"
"And if you have a moon here?" Tala added, a little too fast as her teeth began chattering.

The Beginning
((Just a heads up, from last I heard talking to Tav, I've gathered that there is, indeed, no moons on Pax. :O))
"Interesting..." the floating blob thought aloud. It seemed that they had all arrived after a certain point in time. Was this some sort of key element as to what was going on? "Ok...cave sounds good...right?"
Cp had turned, and was looking to the Goddess with that last statement when he saw two bright flashes, indicating even more arrivals. Wary at first, the Alien kept a steady eye, but once the two got closer he could see they were just as cold and misplaced looking as he was a few minutes ago.
"We were just wondering the same thing actually... No one seems to know where we are." he said, stretching to the edge, and pulling himself out of the water, offering his place if they needed to warm up. "As for a moon, I'm not sure. That planet seems too close to tell."

The Beginning
"Ah, thank you little one" Syllak said, genuine gratitude in her voice "it's unfortunate no-one knows where we are, but this wouldn't be the first time we've dimension hopped. Oh, but I'm being rude! I'm Syllak Draco, and this is Tala Lupe. Might we ask your names?"
Meanwhile Tala held a look of thoughtfulness mixed with hunger-the spring looked warm, and she was already soaking wet "It's a shame you don't know if there's a moon or not, but I guess we'll soon find out" she tilted her head to the side, still staring at the spring "thanks" she commented to CP before jumping into the warm water, clothes and all, but still trying not to look at the blue haired womans nakedness.
