Well there's an RP going on right now, but I'm not sure how suitable it'd be for a new character. There's also the Pax Instant thing that'll be happening, which would be good for a new character to drop in and out of, but that'll be a 24 hour thing anyway.

There's no strict layout here, everything is very free-form, especially as much of the world is in flux. Hell, you can even start a new thread if you like. If you have a story in mind, go for it.
