Kiyoura is the mischievous younger sister of Kokoro. Kiyoura often looks up to Kokoro as a role-model, and Kokoro often teaches Kiyoura things such as how to be polite and how to charm or seduce people in order to eat them, though Kiyoura doesn't like eating humans since most of her friends are humans and she doesn't like to hurt anyone. Kiyoura is really a sweet Youkai most of the time and often worries about her friends. She often advises them not work too hard, or they might exhaust themselves. Kiyoura sometimes likes to play pranks on people by changing their appearance or color of their hair, eyes, what they're wearing, or anything they own. Kiyoura even changed her own right-eye to the color of red.
Relationships:
Kiyoura has the ability to change the appearance or color of anything and anyone. Kiyoura is also capable of flight and is able to shoot Danmaku.
