Seeing as how Pax takes races and species from a multitude of worlds, this document will only detail the major races.
Ana
Psiots are a small Theropod race of magic users, who, having no hands to manipulate objects, learn kinetic magic easily. They cultivate a rare type of tree, using said tree's life-force to fuel their magic, as well as making structures out of the tree's wood. There are a council of twelve psiots, who control numerous golems, and minions of various types.
Kata
The Hive; Beings who call themselves The Hive, are an insectoid race with four legs arranged in 'centaur' formation, and then they have a torso, and two arms. On the end of each arm is a long, sharp blade. Said blades are incredibly hard and dense, able to cut through stone easily. They have no hands, instead the only manipulator they have, able to hold objects, is a set of six mandibles sticking out of their mouth. Said mandibles are how they carry small objects; Larger objects are carried on their hindquarters.
They are arranged in a matriarchy; There is a single, non-gendered Queen, who actually contributes no genetic material to it's young. The genetic material instead is taken from male and female drones, before given to the queen. Said queen incubates the genetic material into large batches of children.
The Hive pride themselves on their stonework, and are ecstatic about the status of caverns that exist on Kata; Already they number in the thousands, and they're swiftly carving out more structures which resemble Mayan temples.

The Aeloci:
Not much is known about the Aeloci, but what is known is this; They're the protectors of Pax, hoping to coax it into stability. They take any form possible, and as long as they're in their own domain, they have any abilities necessary. If required, they can even 'retcon' events out of reality.
