Eltra stared and watched it all unfold. He slung his hand, things unfolding out of his sleeve into a railgun. The trigger-happy Floran pulled back to aim. Dark masses would reach out of the floran and load the railgun while he took aim, enchanted bullets made for dealing with these curses as best the witch could. She wasn't inside the floran, but she was exerting her influence around him. "READY."

Tox jumped back, grabbing a knife she had on her. It wasn't magical, not even that great, but it'd deflect a blow better than flesh and she could throw it away if it got contaminated. "Fuck me, two steps in, already a fight."

Image of Hadrian faded in a single blip before contact of the tail could land. The Homunculus's energy signature was nowhere to be sensed throughout the chamber, vanishing completely for a brief seconds. "Keh!" an irritated shrill echoed about, with not a single direct source to be found. Though for anyone on guard, they would notice the possessed figure reappear back in view closer to Felicia. His top half spun with axe in hand, with the leg directing this 'spinning top' throwing down to smash into the Split.

Tom: Everyone, circle up! He's trying to split us off and attack us one at a time. Make sure he'll have to deal with us as a group.

::Tom followed up on his order, putting his back to his friends such that if Hadrian was to attack him, he'd be able to fend it off

Felicia swore in Deian quite hard when she saw the homunculus just suddenly reappear in off to the side of her, jumping back into the group and being missed only by the tiniest of margins as the foot slammed down on where she would have been. The Splt woman called forth Shadow Vines before attempting to whip them at the mans less dizzying legs.

The brash vegetation entangled themselves with the possessed Homunculus. It appeared to work at first, though the grey smoke that lingered in the air began pulling it away from his body. As well for anyone paying attention, thickening at everyone else's feet to likely slow them down.

"We've got some kind of fog!" Senka informed her team, setting Coolpikaaa on her shoulder. She fanned it with her sword, trying to stop it from forming on her ankles.

"I got it!" Cp shouted zapping the ground, causing it to crackle with sparks. Hopefully enough to electrify the aggressor since it was so spread out.

"Damn... it.... Gods... Damn.... It" Felicia swore as she could feel her shadow vines being slowly pulled off by the strangely thick mist. Concentrating on trying to keep the possessed man entangled, Felicia didn't notice or didn't have time to move away from the electrified floor. The Knight yelled as she was shocked too, loosening her grip on the darkling vegetation.

Jinx however, had seen the intention from the back and simply turned to Bill, exclaiming to the Dragon "Happy claps!" The iridescent reptilian immediately pushed himself back onto his haunches and clapped his wings together ahead of him. The hope being that the wind would clear the fog away from the group.

Solveig watched the strange mental mist crackle against the sparks. It appeared to do something to disrupt it's composition, though making the substance more sluggish and solid in form. "Careful with the shocks, CP" the huldra warned, cloaking herself in an energy veil to guard in case the electricity spread to far out.

... For the clumps not partially materialized, the sheer gusts of winds stirred back the grey smoke away from the group. Hadrian, now slipped free from the vines, jumped onto a lone cloud which refused to dissipate by the 'Happy Claps.'

Eltra spun around to watch it. His suit pressed metal plates up and over the normal casual look, forming a protective layer. He was encased in a pretty slick suit of moving armor. You guys should get armor. In that time, he'd line up his shot, taking it once the homunculus landed on the cloud. A good curse sealing railgun shot should do wonders. It'll either take a curse or put a nice hole in the guy. Win-win.

Tox changed herself into her draconic form, flapping her own wings to help clear the stuff away.

Lastly, several shadows would begin to solidify around the combatants, ready to move up to protect them, and to grab and slow down their enemy.

Tom saw an opportunity, and parried one of the axes, hoping to dislodge it - or at least destract the man long enough for Felicia to get in a strike of her own

Between the combined wind currents woven about through the two sets of draconic wings, much of the straggling grey mist fell apart by their efforts. Either harmlessly dissipated into the air, or helplessly clinging to the room's stone sides. Even the possessed Homunculu's footing weakened upon the bullet now lodged into his shoulder. "Zoratu al zara!?" the feminine voice completely eclipsed Hadrian's, though losing its magical tune. Furious, he lunged forward with axe in hand towards Felicia.

"Alde egin!"

A shrieking remark directed Tom's way as he parried the unfocused attack. The possessed figure attempted to regain composure, though the bullet seemed to be unsettling control.

Jinx and Bill both watched the fog as it moved into clumps or got pushed into the walls, the Dragon making sure to keep up the action whilst Jinx also kept an eye on their surroundings.

The interdimensional Split Felicia continued to try to keep the man entangled as he was, however the view of the axe coming towards her loosed it enough for the vines to start receding back into the shadows. Luckily, Tom was on the ball for this attack and knocked the axe away.

This caused the woman to narrow her eyes as behind Hadrian a much, much larger shadow vine than before unfurled, before going to smack the homunculus around the head as hard as it could in an attempt to knock him out.

"Anyone have any idea what that language is? Or who is speaking? Some nearby woman?" Senka asked. Magic wasn't particularly her strongest suit. This entire attack gave her a dreadful sense of unease.

Tom kept up his guard, preparing to parry another attack....this guy Adrain was a handful even with the two of them attacking together...

Reminded by the shout of a fellow Knight, the stressed huldra went about to read over the lettering she abseently scribbled earlier. "It's Latin," Solveig already mentally kicking herself for forgetting to bring a translator of some sort, but she knew enough that strange phrase's linguistic origins. Visita Interiora Terrae Rectificando Invenies Occultum Lapidem. Her prior comprehension of Common and her natural tongue pulled apart the easiest pieces out first. Visit inside the...?

"VITRIOL... It's an Alchemic phrase," she muttered at first, only to speak louder for those not distracted in the brawl with Hadrian. "By going into the earth by purifying, you will find the hidden stone."

Clearly this purified rock was not the Homunculus for sure. Struggling to stay awake, Hadrian eventually collapsed on the stone floor. The ambiance around the group shifted drastically in swift turn. Air grew colder, the invigorated mental mist fell apart fully as its presence dissipated out of view. Something peculiar was going on, given the entire building appeared to lose much of its will power... With visible cracks in walls appearing once the other passage ways opened up. Should they investigate one of the other six pathways, or burrow straight down given the phrase explained by Solveig?
