Arisu grinned slightly, recording it all on a tape under her robes, and shook her head at DP's question.
What a good blackmailing material...and what a good proof that DP never left his old ways.
Meanwhile, Yara was shaking in fear...and shily raised a hand."Uh....I am afraid I...uh...have an interruption.I ask permission for me to run away and disappear from this room and try to forget all of the events of this day."
Yara said, truly....wanting to just disappear and act like nothing happened, although she closed her eyes, ready to be smitten on this very moment.

Murphy produced a pipe from in his coat, struck a flame to the tip of his thumb, and gestured for DP to continue.
Curiouser and curiouser. Odd lot. I feel as though the Master would know of at least the chap who seems to be running the show. If only I could get him talking again...
He gestures to the Floran in greeting, knowing in his weakened state that he best not tempt fates. At least not until he gets a feel of the place. Much can be learned by simply knowing when to shut up.

DP's stared down Yara in Turn.
"After I have said my peace, Young one."
At this Fluffy seizes the opportunity. "I Yield to the esteemed Elder Psycho. You may address the group."
~Finally~ DP thought.
"First off, these Articles here are not the real thing. They are a version tampered with by a member HisLordShip, who tried to use the tampered version to elevate his position. The real Articles never had a Commadore position.
Second, You sit here, all claiming to be villians. I'm here to tell you, you are not. And you will never be as long as the threat of the Collector hangs over you. I will not stop you from Setting up a New Evil Council, but I will not aid you. I ask that you think carefully though about who your friends are, and who your enemies are. The Collector would at best try to Manipulate you, at worst wipe you out to be done with the competition. So if you must form this council, at least ally yourselves with those who seek to rid this world of the common enemy. What you do after that is up to you."
With that, DP disappears with a whirl, becoming just as much of a ghost as End Before him, now having said his peace.

Gaius chuckled as the Elder delivered a stern glare to Yara. Such fun this turned out to be for him, only within what-less than a half hour? Oh, no doubt he made the right decision in arriving to the Horn and Halo tonight.
Twitching at the remark, the Ala held back her tongue in regards to the insulting message brought up in the room. "Nice to meet you Huntblade," she threw in, feeling insulted for being placed on a lower tier of 'evil' in DP's view... 'Shouldn't be that annoyed, after all. The deity intending to stay away from my activities is all fine by me,' Kalina thought to herself.

Murphy inhales on his pipe, exhaling a pink and orange cloud. He clears his throat and stands:
"Before I get even more lost, I am the stranger here, brought by the machinations of fate. I am wholly ignorant of this Collector, the Articles under debate, or of whom our mysterious colleague spoke of. I am here because my Master, the very nature of chaos, disorder, and destruction, will not rouse himself from despondency. Order has reasserted itself and must be brought low. This Council is the best opportunity I've come across to awaken my Master and bring disorder to all things. If the forging of the new Council goes forth, I ally myself to the effort. Maybe I speak hastily, mayhaps even rashly, but I cannot ignore a chance to bring the glory of my Master into being. Besides," he smirks, "sounds like fun."
He returns to his seat, staring at the whorls and spirals in the still-hovering smoke cloud.

"Hmm...Now, that he is gone, and is not interfering in our activities anymore, I would like to point a few facts out.First, we have no true proof about us needing alliances...even if it would be nice. And on that same subject, I would like to point out that he is giving us a 'hint' about us allying to the knights...and I do believe there are three members of his faction in this council by now." She said, though not saying specifically who belonged to who.
"Basically, I will have the boldness to claim that...we should not take his words fully for granted, and we should act independently from his faction.Whether these rules are true or not, I do believe...we should make a political reform. The only true rule that we should truly take from it, is the need of a headmaster, which will take over in the case of emergency such as an attack, or another immediate matter.Meanwhile, for important matters like rules that will affect all of us, we will make a simple majority vote to decide it,and anybody can make a simple suggestion, as long as the majority agrees...but we also will need to make rules against abuse of such vote." Arisu said, clearing her throat.
"If somebody is against my suggestions, you are free to disagree with it...if you have more reasons than just your own opinion on the matter. And before any complaints are raised about me acting like a leader, it is just so because we have no clear headmaster yet, and somebody needs to take the first step. And for now, we shall not take any action, until we clearly can decide both on a plan, and the position of headmaster, unless any of you see no need for both of these things, and again, have a reason other than your own words." Arisu added.

Fenrir smiled as she looked over the group, taking in everything said. "And so it is. We are not the embodiment of evil, something I would suggest not trusting, for those who are not in the know. However, I believe we serve a...vital roll. Now, I feel we should take pride and full use of our good fortune. We are 'small'. We are 'not real villains', for those who call themselves such. All this truly means, my people, is that we are under the view of others. We are free to work and plan in peace and optimal conditions, with minimum focus on what we do by those busy with more 'serious' threats. We are free to wait, to scheme, to plan, to collect what we need until we may strike."
The magician chuckled as she blew a large cloud of smoke. "You heard what he said. I will agree on one point. We need unity. We are not someone's tools just to further their goals. We are not some fools to be played. Alone, yes, we may be smaller than many we must compete with. However, together, unified, we may further ourselves. Perhaps we will grow exponentially as a collective. Watch each others' backs, but keep a knife to watch for traitors and moles. Therefore, I personally raise my own proposed order. A headmaster, as mentioned, to keep things running smoothly. Disagreements will be inevitable, and one to keep our own internal order is vital. In addition, I move they have at least some vital say in all matters across the group. They are the leader, after all, and should take direct control in a crisis. Next, I believe a second in command is needed. One to turn to if things are needed, much like the headmaster, and one to fill in the roll if the headmaster is...shall we say...indisposed at the moment, as well as one to quickly take over, at least temporarily, should they leave for one reason or another."
She took a slow drag on her pipe, blowing another low cloud that hovered in the air over the table. "We need to unify, to know who to ally to and when, not to serve. We are better than someone's lackeys there to fight a battle for them, but...war is a fantastic way to profit with the resources. Play to the sides as needed to gather what we need, take what we need. We are fully able to stand on our own and make our own calls."
She slowly got up and pulled her hat off, holding it to her chest. "In the interest of unity and collective strength, internal peace and greater goals than kidnapping some damsel that a 'hero' will come after, in knowing when to keep low and quiet to get what we desire, so that we may become more than others think of us, more than the other groups would believe of us, I nominate myself for position of headmaster."

by Swix
Listening and watching as DP left, Swix nodded once at the swirl... and literally glared at Arisu as though she would love nothing more than to inflict pain that even hell would cringe at, eyes narrowing to slits.
"So you would entirely dispense with everything to do with the rules set down by the predecessors of this group wishing to reform, whilst still taking the name, and yet do not wish to be a part of it at the same time. How very... rude" the member of the last Elite then looked to Fenrir as she spoke, finding her words far more reasonable. "I would suggest, no matter what the outcome here is the one thing you do not dispense with is the clause preventing the harm to other members of this group. Without it you will surely fall to infighting and internal manipulation that has nothing to do with the goals of the organisation. If you do not believe our words to do with the AoC, then there is one way you can find out, but that will have to come after this vote-which I will not be partaking in, since it would be inappropriate for one who does not wish to join this newly budding group to have a vote in such important matters. I am here as a reminder of the history you wish to take up, since it would seem even the apparition of the first Headmaster who graced you all with his presence it seems some of you are still determined to ignore. Although it is true you are far too few in number currently to have any third tier for Elites. Perhaps that may change... But I will be surprised if it does given the current assembly"
Mildly infuriated, Swix sat down and waited, around her Endo-Skeleton, the shadow of a Shadow Dragon forming around it, her eyes overlaid with the reptiles and glowing purple.
Andrew tilted his head the other way at Fenrir "And what if someone else wants the position hmm? Not a single one of us in the meeting currently knows what anyone else can do, or if what they say is true, considering we are all villains, lying for our own gain would be expected. At least I sure as hell do not know you all, especially considering this is the first ever meeting"

Kalina growled lowly during the discussion brought about thus far, with few and far between deemed befitting of her nature. Whether it be the succubus's degrading comments in relation to the standing of the AoC to the new council; or the fact the Split, despite the fact she held the most sway in revitalizing the group into being anything close to the original, Swix's secondary 'presence' unnerved the Ala considerably. This will not do.
The Ala knew enough of the Evil Council's reputation, the general stability despite the said goals of their agenda they preach. Why claw for the top rank when you can work yourself around the obstacles near you more easily instead? "... Bar a few minds I imagine, everyone else is rather ravenous for the position of Headmaster," she quipped before frowning. "Though, such an imposing title does not come without problems, would it not? We should concede that any motions of the seat be considered by the group as a whole before any up-risers begin their reign. Perhaps the one who brought about the idea in the first place?"
The demon breathed in deeply as she rose from her chair to stretch, the air around crackling with static electricity. "The very goal of the Evil Council is spread insanity across the realms. Does it matter that 'he' happened to arrive to announce his relation to the for now forsaken group? No, it doesn't," the Ala barked, hinting any outreach to 'explain' from Arisu to be silent for now. "Otherwise, the only claim we would have be in name only. Why pass up this golden opportunity to reestablish a familiar order in Pax only because of what-possibly due to personal disagreements with an immortal that once was a part of EC? If you are so adamant, then leave and fashion your own guild than belittle this one."
Gaius observed the agitated Ala's outburst, keeping aware not to provoke any reason for her wrath as he stayed collected in thought. They all had their fair points; some moreso than others. The man took out a drinking flask from his side for a quick dash at the taste buds to sate his own appetite. "Exactly, my demonic friend. Anyone of us could be concealing a vast array of powers just waiting to slaughter at the drop of a skull basket. It be in our best interest to perform a short evaluation of ourselves to better inform the rest of the meeting, as well curb some animosity to a slight degree," he suggested in a grin.
"... As the human said," Kalina relented, sighing as she sat back down. She rather not be the first to go forth in such banter, as it be too 'convenient' for the succubus to mention a means to frighten her for the sake of it. The Ala best found it to wait for someone else to describe their themselves first.

Arisu, deep down, didn't understand. What did she do to make Ala angry? Why Swix is adamantly enforcing such historical facts?Things are constantly changing...and one thing for sure, is that neither Gaius, nor Ala, much less Swix, would be able to adapt to the 'chaos' and use it to their advantage.Maybe the old Evil Council could afford mistakes. This one, the 'chaos' they wanted to sow, needed to wait for a critical moment before revealing itself...similar to how Fenrir said...but yet constantly growing and changing until then.Rules are made for stability in a group, and not something that should be kept for 'tradition'.
"Hmm...well, I suppose I should join in, instead of being just an ally to the council, I suppose." Arisu said, sounding like she is in a very, VERY unhappy mood right now...and not even bothering to talk about herself, at least for now, waiting for others make their first move.
Yara meanwhile, just...got up, making a lot of noise on purpose as she did so."I'm leaving. This place is not even half as fun as I thought it would be.Too much yelling, too many laws and hostility between each other.Sowing chaos should not be so complex." She said, giving a quick glare to Arisu, and Swix before leaving, unless somebody stopped her.

A high, squeaky voice Rings out from the front. The Hamster, tired of being ignored, was yelling up front.
"Enough! This infighting is what the Elders were warning about! Do you want to bring their wrath upon us all? I say we all can agree we need at least a Headmaster, so we elect them, and then that hamster can guide the rest of the meeting.
I of course nominate myself, Fluffy Destroyer of Worlds, Evil Genius Extraordinaire as Headmaster. All in favor?"

Drumming her fingers at the table, Kalina procured a flask of wine strapped to her side. While the fact the main two elders had left, the Ala cringed at the idea of 'Dragonfury' unleashed upon the room's inhabitants. Even powerful demons are weary of their natural opposites. "Agreed," she took of large gulp of the intoxicant. "I stand in favor of the current motion"
"Yo miss, don't want to skip out on the fun," Gaius called out to the depressed wind elemental. Still debating on who deserves his vote at the moment.

Yara would just pout a little."Hmm...fine.Fenrir it is." She said...trying to look happy that at least, she picked the one that tried to change things, instead of the 'ignorant' hamster.
Arisu would grin broadly as she heard Yara's words."Fenrir it is for me too." She said cheerfully.
"W-wait, you're supposed to vote on yourself, you egomaniac demon!I want to change my vote!" Yara said, obviously displeased that she helped Arisu out.
"Hmm...I doubt that there are any rules letting us change our votes because of somebody else's vote.It would become a confusing mess if such thing happened." Arisu replied, her mood doing a 180 degree flip, now being rather happy.

Huntblade watched as Arisu, Swix and Kalina exchanged looks and words, and was about to say something until she noticed Dragonfury, not wanting to risk making the situation worse, she just sat there quietly.
"Yara no go." Huntblade called, seeing how Yara was about to leave. "Floran sssure that thingsss become much lesss hossstile once eveverything isss decided" She said, but was still rather unsure about staying herself... She then looked to the hamster.
"I of course nominate myself, Fluffy Destroyer of Worlds, Evil Genius Extraordinaire as Headmaster. All in favor?"
Huntblade sat there quietly, trying her best to hold in a small giggle at the name. She then looked to Fenrir, to Arisu, then to the demented hamster... Two total strangers, one insane and one odd, or one person she knows?
"Floran vote for Fenrir" She stated.

"So it seems things are falling into place. In the interest of making myself known to those I have not met directly, I shall now do so as things appear to be calming down. I am Fenrir. Vánagandr Fenrir, magician by race and by profession. I study the ways of all magic, improving and developing it. I experiment, I create, I sow chaos and create peace, I instigate and empower while moving things to serve my needs, I unleash creations and seal horrors, I have made myself immortal by magic and defied the death of others, I have penetrated the boundaries of the worlds, and I have leveled a few towns with the right mood."
She put her hat back on and twisted it to the side as she took a moment to smoke her pipe. "I have done this for one hundred and sixty years now. I have remained alive and well in this whole time, all while spinning things subtly. I have learned the value of knowing when and how to hide until the right time, and when to get those to act in proxy. I stand by my point as stated before. We need unity and understanding, mutual support, so that we may turn our focus outward to better plan and scheme, to lie in wait and attack when our foe is distracted so that we may divide them and conquer. As such, I move that we put all personal ties, all personal strife and dislike, to the side in the interest of greater success. Who we were, who we fought with, none of that matters. If you insist on holding petty personal strife, I will be glad to act in the good of this budding council and end you, as I am sure many will. We can not tolerate pointless infighting or arguments. We are a small group and we must make a name for ourselves when we knock the other major powers around a bit. Shake up the foundation and show we are to be treated a a serious threat should we desire to be one at the moment, but we must also keep quiet and low until needed, never revealing where we are. Me must be as specters, as shadows, as the wind whipping around, there when we strike and done before our target knows what happened, free to hit them again just they least expect it. Such is the quintessential method of sowing chaos among others."
