Remember that the three races are each getting their own games, Heart Of The Swarm (The Zerg :P) is on it's way soon...ish. I'm surprised to hear that you can play Protoss at all if that's what you meant.

True Borg, but like I said it's more of a personal irritation than a reflection of how good or bad the game itself is ^_^.

And that's exactly what I meant. There are about three or four misssions where you play as the Protoss, but no Zerg. What's worse is that there's a part in the storyline that has a blatantly obvious opening for there to have been a Zerg mission put in :( .

I'm not sure whether I'd be more or less annoyed if the Protoss missions weren't there tbh.

I tried the Tutorial and it's the most basic of basic for Terran units. There really is no help at all for people who want to play as the Zerg. Well, except maybe in the challenge missions I guess.

EDIT: I also heard a rumour that Heart of the Swarm might be an RPG centred around Kerrigan. Please tell me this isn't true. I like RPG's but I don't see how that would work with a Zerg centred game... :$

It wouldn't be an RPG, that's insane. It'd be massive news if it was THAT much of a departure.

I can see it being centred around Kerrigan however, isn't she still fairly human? (Not finished SC1 yet, so I'm probably wrong. :P)

Well, that's a relief.

Errr, how far are you into the first one? I wouldn't want to post spoilers for you ^_^.

I always kind of felt that there was a ten year limit on spoilers. If the media\game\movie is older than ten years, than any real spoilers would already be known by pretty much everyone.

Of course, on topic, I'm actually considering playing the first SC again, once I finish the mass effect trilogy. I can never have me enough Raynor.

I almost got to the end of the Terran Campaign, but don't worry about spoilers. As Tav says, stuff that old isn't worth worrying about too much. Sort of.

Then following Tavs feeling

No, not really, not by the end of 1 and Brood Wars seemed to make her worse.

However

SC2 spoilers

<div class='spoiler_toggle'>Spoiler: click to toggle</div><div class="spoiler" style="display:none;">At the end of the campaign, kerrigan gets dezerged, so in heart of the swarm from the looks of her she'r going to be mostly human then.</div>

Heh

EDIT: I just noticed your post above this one, looks like you stopped about the same place I gave up for a while because of the suddenly steep learning curve. Keep going, it's worth it ^_^.

Double post because I FINALLY BEAT THE MEDIUM LEVEL DIFFICULTY AI IN 1v1&#33; Godsdamn Terran computer rushed me with slightly advanced units early on .Every. Single. Time.

This time I got 'em though&#33; :D.

... With my mass amounts of Zerglings at one point killing a Thor :O

I wish.... Well, not really XD.

More like *sends army to attack outpost*
OMG there's a giant mech in my base D: *recalls army*
What've I got in here *panics, finds burrowed units*
... Three pages of Zerglings (nearly a hundred :P)... ATTACK THE MEGALITHIC MECHANICAL MONSTROUSITY MY MINI MINIONS&#33;

I actually just thought they'd either all die or the Thor would be delayed enough that my army could get there in time to finish it off, but the army got there just a few seconds after the Zerglings finished it off. I was very surprised XD.

Also spent ages waiting for a Nydus Worm so I could use it to get over to an island resource-only to realise once it started spitting out Drones that I could've gotten over there much earlier by Overlord transport XD.

Talk about a shower. The rain here came down in such force that the roof at work actually split open in several places and doused people in water. Missed me by about a foot-twice. That was fun XD.

Whoh&#33;

Are they shutting your store down? It probably can't be very safe if the roof breaks down. I'm not too concerned about getting wet... More so about the whole thing falling on your head..

Hah&#33; They don't even close on bank holidays, or easter sunday, or christmas eve, or new years day, they'd stay open all year if they could. No, they'll likely do what they do when anything breaks there-call someone in to fix it overnight/early morning. They'll never change the roof though, it's too much money to be worth it *sigh*

Tbh I'm not too concerned about anything falling on me, the beams below the roof panels are more narrowly spaced so if they do come off they'll probably be caught. It's the plastic 'windows' that are smaller up there and the threat of water on electrics that worry me.

Hmm, as for something more on topic.

Dear Esther is awesome.

Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet is awesome-and it has a story-shame about GFWL.

And I have found a counter to what the medium AI on StarCraft 2 keeps doing to me-which is pretty much rush it back after it's first attack on me fails as it sends it's entire military force after me.

I have watched Dead Island being played and played Borderlaods myself. They are obviously totally different but equally cool.
*brain melts from heat*

EDIT: Must... Stop... Playing... Dead.... Island... Addiction... Reaching... Dangerous... Levels...

Yet another triple post. The world must be ending :P.

I'm on Star Trek Online now, having finally caved in earlier today.

I'm impressed already and I haven't even finished the starting Tutorials yet XD.
