He squeaked, looking very worried as he stepped onto the tips of his talons to try and get a better look at the screen, though he listened with concern to what was said with his ears.

~Understood, Tom~ The Jentil sent in the private link, keeping his grip on the Blackstarian Relic firm as he listened further to what the nightmare had to say. Sighing in his mind, he slowly stepped forward towards the edge, paying heed to the vegetation around him if needing a sudden counter-strike.

She really didn't feel comfortable being around basically a living fire that could cause major damage or even kill her fairly easily.

He pulls out the scale, and holds it between his forefinger and thumb. He turns to his snake, mounts it, and heads off towards the temple.

Tom and the Knights reach the border, he looks at Fangblaze and simply asks "What do you want?"
Before Fangblaze can answer though, some one else yells out behind them.
"Sic Semper Tyrannis!"
Tom turns around to see the Gargoyle and his pet Christmas Cobra standing next to the temple. He also sees the Gargoyle take something that appears to be some sort of pill....and that is when all hell broke loose.

Blackfoot slammed back the scale, and felt a great rush of power within him - as well as his rage and hatred intensify. And then things went black....

Corrupted Blackfoot
The creature that resulted after Blackfoot took the scale was not the old weary gargoyle. For one thing, he was a lot taller and more massive. Darkness appeared to ooze out of every joint in his rocky hide. His claws, which were already dark, appeared to also ooze the dark substance. When he looked around, it was out of great black pools instead of eyes. The Mount he had rode on, the Christmas Cobra, now seemed but a small pet next to the hulking brute.
The berserker turned from the group, and with a single smash of his arm, brought one of the temple walls down. He then flapped his now massive wings, not only lifting himself in the air, but knocking back everyone in the area. He flew up to a good height, and once he was satisfied, dove down, crashing into the temple and bring the rest of the roof down.
Meanwhile, the Cobra, being born of the darkness itself, seemed to respond to his master's wishes, and moved to stand between the group and the brute's great work.

He wasn't sure if he needed to say it, but he did any ways.
"Open Fire!" He ran towards the hulking giant, firing his plasma rifle....which had problems with the hide. He'd chip of a few pebbles, but against such a giant, it was nothing.

"W-wait, what the heck is that thing!?" Cindra shouted, in confusion "No, just...what the heck is that!?No, just...why!?What!?" She said, still trying to figure it out "Who is that giant!?" She said, really, really confused as she stared in disbelief at the giant.

Jent swerved about to address the shout from behind, caught in mesh of confusion as the familiar gargoyle stood beside his glacial steed. The Distortionist failed to realize the slip of the pill due to being confounded at while believing Blackfoot decided now, of all times, to mock Au'Maui atop his temple.... Oh, how wrong the immortal was...
"Gah!" Grunting at the sudden gust that bore down upon the group skidded him aside his stance, he wrenched forward in a violent glare as the new Agent of the Collector smashed his way through the Temple. Eyes sinking into darkness, a swirl emerged against the bow hoisted in front of himself. The Jentil growled as he launched an arrow outward towards the incoming force of the Christmas Cobra.

The projectile that swarmed close to the serpent vanished from sight, only to summon itself above the shattered ruins near the brute. Shimmering, the arrow drew streaks of gnarled vines out from the earth to its intended target. Regardless who, no one will harm the woman he cared for.

Thorn heard the shout and turned around at the voice. "Thisss not right time for!-" She freezes in place in what she saw, the hulking figure of Blackfoot towering over them, and squeaks when the sudden gust of wind knocked her off her feet when he took to the air, tumbling into a roll to get back onto her feet... Eyes widening in horror as she saw Blackfoot smashing through the Temple.
She stood there in shock, though when she saw Jent attack, she snapped out of shock with a hiss and held on tightly to her gun, feeling the Christmas Cobra would attack Jent and Tom as they attacked the main target, she fired at the icy serpent.

"W-what... Was that loud noise?" The worried Avali asked, hearing the crashing and smashing above. Rechomi's ears were shot up in the air and eyes wide with worry, hoping the Knights and Cindra were okay. "W-what is going on up there?"

In the meeting room... Sakuya was the only one in there, having expected someone to show up and no one did, she still waited in concern... And upon hearing all the crashes, she dove under the table for protection, fearing what was going on above.

Rearing up at the surprise attack by the giant gargoyle, the Nightmare snorted flames as he took a step back, neighing in near terror. "Treachery!" he yelled "Treacherous Knights! You set us up! No doubt you'll blame the destruction on us and our Mistress!" snorting once again, the fire horse turned and raced away, it's mane setting fire to the forest as it galloped, yelling "BUUUUURRRRRNNNN!" as it went.
The Manticore, meanwhile, was still staring at the dolphin animatronic with its dark eyes. "Bothersome thing" it muttered, before looking to the panicked Fangblaze and growling low in its throat. "Agreed!" he yelled to his fellow Agent, before flapping his wings and landing nearby Cindra "I don't know what THAT is but I would advise you not to go near it. You are welcome to come with me however"
