Yuru flinched a bit as she heard C's voice."...what." she said,looking at Solveig in disbelief, almost as if she couldn't decide whether to feel pity or to call her an idiot. "...why the hell did you kidnap C's son?" She asked, truly confused-Not even having a single idea of what the heck just happened there...and was actually just looking for a back exit-or a way to escape the collector.She had better things to do than trying her luck.

"We didn't" Tom said as he rushed past Yuru....he had grabbed his gear and was headed to the conference room when he heard C's voice, which made him immediately redirect.

Nope, not one bit of this was good.

He finally reached outside the temple, right at the shield's edge. He stared up at the Collector and her terrible rage, and of all things, talked back to her with an attidude.

"What the holy fuck are you talking about? We've not seen hide nor hair of any of your kids in weeks! You are the one breaking the deal right now!"

The entity stared full on at the leader of the Knights before she brandished the piece of paper that held their agreement in front of her as though she was going to try to slash him with it.

"Unlike you humanoids I do not break deals made with verbal contracts. I do not believe you. The kittens were off the table" she hissed dangerously.

"Yes. Did you know Au'Marui is back? I certainly didn't until he broke into one of my work places, killed my second in command, stole many potent pieces of machinery, and slammed me into a wall, leaving me unconscious. He attacked the EC, or what scraps of it are here. However...All is not good even for those who would oppose them. He took his 'evil' look. I've seen it before. The outfit, the skin, the tones, the attitude."

The magician took a long drag on her pipe and blew a smoke ring out.

"He is back, and I doubt he's anyone's ally. He's teleporting around. Who knows what he is after."

"DP... killed the SiC of the EC? Then knocked out the headmaster?" He repeated, looking stunned. He turned toward the shadowed wall that held The Collector, hoping she was hearing all this. "But he is EC, usually. Why would he attack you? Or steal things he would already have access to?"

The electric mouse was having trouble making sense of this.

"Evil DP... It.. explains a few things that have happened."

"Oh, yes, which means he has no ties to anyone. I doubt he has fondness even for his own knights now. Tell me, do you have any possible reasons he might have flipped around and begun doing whatever it is he's doing?"

"Personally... none that I can think of." He replies, wracking his brain. "Uhm maybe..." He begins, looking to the wall. If anyone knew about evil, it would be C.

"Well, if you get any information, any information, give it to me. I need to handle things."

CPs Room

"Really? What things do you imagine you can handle with that one?" the shadow spoke as it stepped out, the red glow dulled in this one.

"Organize people, pass information along, and generally be an unexpected wildcard. He killed my second in command, slammed me into a wall, and stole things we needed. While Fluffy might have been a pain, he was my pain. If need be, I can work my craft, with time. A magician can solve most anything, with enough time to pass. Tell me, Collector, why could he possibly have suddenly turned evil and began playing against all sides?"

"C.. I believe she's offering to help, just as I did." He replies quickly. There's already enough hostility... the electric mouse hopes to defuse it and get everyone on the same page.

CPs Room

"An acceptable answer... A very short time ago I fought that god and left a piece of myself-of pure evil-in a wound in his shoulder. An even shorter time ago I lost contact with that piece. I believed him to have found some way to remove it. It would seem my Taint is stronger than even I thought, it has somehow both grown and changed beyond me. That is the only reason I can think of for the sudden change"

"Wonderful. Now, do we have any planned counter? Any weaknesses? Anything of the sort?"

"So... you're saying we really have a rogue God to fight? That's some algamation of you and DP that you can't control?" He blinks, realizing they might be way over their heads.

Uhm weaknesses. He knew this!

"ICE. You can stop any God with cold."

Yara tilted her head as CP said the word 'ice'...and pouted."I don't know anybody who can use ice magic..." she said, crossing her arms in disappointment."...does any of you know any good ice magic users?"
