She sat on a lone pew in the church, surrounded by the new spirits she had created.

A man in a top hat and wearing fairly raggedy clothing was the next to notice the abandoned village and church the week after, he looked homeless, because well, that's exactly what he was. Pale skinned and thin, the grey eyes of Viktor the huldu-the male form of a humanlike hybrid race of people known as the huldrefolk-scanned the outside of the town before he deliberately walked into it. "Charming place" he smirked, before hearing Toms voice yelling 'Hello?' uncertainly.

"Hello!" he called back, resisting the urge to make a false echo.

She twitched uncomfortably as the spirits grew restless. More had arrived.

Tom heard the vagrant call out. He kept his weapon up - experience had taught him it pays to be prepared - but he relaxed a bit.

"Over here. Are you from this town?" He responded to the homeless man.

Viktor waved and walked over to Tom, though he stopped a fair distance away and eyed the humans rifle cautiously.

"Me? From here? Oh no. I'm from Doggerlabd. My name is Viktor of the Wyrd Sect" He tilted his strangely well kept top hat to Tom. "Actually, I just got here. Times have been real hard since our city was destroyed, and my magic doesn't really help me pay the way in The Encampment. So I guess, I kinda went feral. But, abandoned villages are usually good for scavenging"

"Funny thing though. This place kinda gives me the creeps" he smirked again, then stared "You must be Tom right? The human soldier that takes requests? What brings you all the way out here?"
