When we nail down what areas and factions will be in this brave new Pax, it may be an idea to have a small "hub" area for each area. Nothing massive, mostly just small notable areas for times inbetween adventures. Like a pub, market or park.
An example of this would be on one of my LARP groups, Pathfinder. We had somewhere called "The Orcs Head Tavern", which was a thread/location where players could do very small bits of roleplay together without actually being on adventure. Obviously being a live action group, this was more necessary than it is here, but it's a nice thing to have.

I know it's not apparent but this sort of thing is exactly what I created The Horn and Halo tavern for.
Make one of the hubs there? Pleeease! XD

Could you explain this "Hub" idea a bit more? What is it exactly?
If they are implemented though, the Horn and Halo has my vote to be one.

But for another example, say we have three countries. Each of these has a capital city. So each capital city is a sub-forum within the country/area, with the stickied threads there being "The such and such inn" or "whatsitcalled park".
I don't know if I'm explaining this very well, I'm much better at showing than telling.

Oh.
Hmm. I don't really know how I feel about new boards. Like, definitely, for sure if we had more people, and sorting was an issue. Yet, with just our few people, and a new RP a month, if that, newer boards could make the forum cluttered and somewhat paradoxically... empty looking.
That's just my two cents. If you guys feel otherwise, I'm sure we could try it out.

That's a fair point, it would really be best only if we had more people. Just something to think about.
When I have some time I'll mock up an example of what I mean for clarification, but I think you've got the idea.

I'd still be happy to see your mock up Borg, when you get the time.
