Library's Future at stake! Please Read

Well...I'm having a fun time.
So, our library runs on a platform called Confluence. This is an enterprise tool used for collaboration and knowledge sharing - in other words, a wiki. Also one of several tools I specialize in.
In specific it runs a version called Confluence Server - meaning it runs on a machine I own. Today, the company that makes Confluence announced they are discontinuing the Server versions. The timeline is as follows.
On Feb 2, 2021, they are getting rid of the $10 tier, making the lowest tier $1,300 USD.
On Feb 2, 2024 they are stopping all updates and ending support.
This is a bit complicated, but my annual renewal for the product is in December. I'll be able to renew at the current price this year, but I won't be able to renew the following year, which means I'll lose out on security updates and upgrades. Just saying, I'm not running the platform if I can't keep it safe.
This leaves me with a quandry. I can attempt a migration to their Cloud product. These kinds of projects are what I specialize in for work, so I can do it. However, it will cost me more ($10/month rather than $10/yr), and honestly, Confluence Cloud is much worse than Confluence Server.
I can try to find a migration path to some other platform. This...should be possible, but I'm not sure how at this point in time.
So, I wanted to hear your thoughts. Is the library worth it? Should we convert articles to Forum posts? Or Mediawiki? Or try to find a new platform? Please let me know what you think.
Thank You,
Your Psycho
