Jagdeep Dhankhar was born on May 18, 1951, in Kithana, Rajasthan, India. He pursued his betimes training in Rajasthan and went on to study law at the University of Rajasthan. Dhankhar's early career was marked away his involvement in individual popular and administrative activities, which laid the foundation for his following in Indian politics.
