Oh, THIS again.
Oh, THIS again.
I bought a Games Workshop Imperial Sector, lovely buildings (well ruins) for 40K games. I wanted to get a set of doors open, and that needs a hacksaw really. Although, as I mentioned, I managed to get the doors off. I actually cut myself cleaning it all up! XD
Oh, THIS again.
Oh hey, Cirr made another game.

At the time of writing, we've hit -37 (-34 for you Fahrenheiters) with the windchill in my city.
And it's still dropping... D:

Woohoo, got let out of work an hour early due to snow . Now on the slow bus back home.
Oh, THIS again.
I caved into myself and bought SWTOR. I'm enjoying it so far, which is good considering it was about £45 and then I'll need to buy time cards or a subscription after the 30 days "free" play are up.
Oh, THIS again.
Urg, I just left TWO different Warhammer communities. One for deciding that alienating people and generally being nasty to anyone not in the "in crowd" is okay because that's how "old school" Games Workshop managers do it, and another for being a vacuum of negativity and frustration. The kind of people who give the hobby a bad name.
It's stuff like this that makes me appreciate you guys even more. Thanks for not being jerks!
EDIT: Mdude sent me to the weird bit of youtube...

EDIT: Mdude sent me to the weird bit of youtube... [/quote]You're very welcome Borg ^_^. Being a jerk (OOC) is never a good thing, even if people think it's 'traditional'.
Err, well, except in certain 'special circumstances' . Hm, I'd put up a Wiki link here but I'm currently on my phone. I'll put it up tomorrow, and I'll definitely have a look at MDudes video of YouTube weirdness too.
Wiki link ^_^: Plots
Ok, yup, that video was.. strange XD.

Oh, THIS again.
Is it right that trying to achieve important goals in my life feels like me vs the world? It's left me feeling very... exhausted with it all.

Nope, of course it's not right. Never has been, not recently, historically speaking. But, everyone I've ever met have all felt like that at some point. Maybe you should take a break and shut yourself away from the world for a day, with someone who supports you . Might help.
Oh, THIS again.
Thanks. It's a bit tricky though, my family is rather good at being... well not two faced, that's too malicious a description, but they're good at being very polite even if they think otherwise. It can be hard to tell if support is genuine sometimes.

Well, that certainly sounds extremely familiar Borg. I can definitely sympathise with you there.
I went to lunch in a posh fancy pub restaurant place where everything was very expensive and didn't really want to talk to my mum, as she'd rang up earlier to tell my partner that what I'd wore to my uncles wedding last year was 'embarrassing'. Apparently the fact that I'd come straight from work, warned them that since I'd have to come straight from work I wouldn't be able to wear my best anyway, or do my hair, or wear heely things, or do makeup etc as I had to change in the restroom etc, has completely slipped her mind since then and the only thing that she can remember is the bother. How bloody lovely is that? :S.

I'm currently making a script in Lua that will allow me to make tilemaps in a graphics editor by converting .pkm files to what hopefully will be something acceptable to Flashpunk. I don't think anything but GrafX2 saves in .pkm, though that isn't really a problem.
