Kalina watched the votes for the magician steadily increased, noticing the trend that took place she felt conflicted on the results. Even without the arch-demon throwing herself in the ballot, the one she agreed with most currently stood ahead in the race. Not that Fenrir happened to be a poor candidate. Simply the fact the Ala's pride realized the succubus's own and made her vote prior in spite of Arisu.
Gaius listened carefully to a speech delivered once more. The human pondered over the possible paths that might occur, reasoning most would end to Fenrir being headmaster provided he and the others didn't vote for for the hamster... What an intriguing situation this is.

Six breathed as the matter was finally put to rest, and watched as the votes poured in. At the very least both candidates had already stated they'd take the 'no infighting' part to heart. That was all she wanted, despite herself almost, she wanted this new group to 'work'. However, Dragonfury remained with her, alert.
Andrew listened to speech after speech, disliking a few, liking many others much more. Eventually the Incubus was decided. "I cast my vote for the magician Fenrir" he finally said.

Lounging in an overstuffed recliner that was almost certainly not there before, the newcomer ponders his options.
Dear me, things have gone rather swiftly. It would seem that there is definite momentum for this Fenrir character, although I do get a chuckle out of the thought of that demented little hamster calling the shots. My natural inclination is to oppose order, but for once mayhaps it serves me. Infighting now would certainly not gain me anywhere in waking my Master. But it's a hamster... Decisions, decisions."
He taps his teeth with his pipe, producing faint xylophone music, lost in thought. He stands and announces "I too, will announce my decision. I..."
He freezes, a look of rapture locked upon his face.
The Master speaks to me!
Just as suddenly it passes. He shakes his head and speaks "My Master has spoken. I must vote for Fluffy, Destroyer of Worlds. Lucky he piped up when he did, I was about to abstain."
He plops back down into his armchair which emits a loud quack.

"Well, shouldn't be hard to say who deserves the vote then," Gaius pondered aloud. He figured his vote should be sent now before things gotten too stagnant in this meeting. Shame, wanting to brought himself an edge in holding out for longer. "I toss Fenrir's name in"
The Ala grumbled silently as the winner deemed obvious. Her 'rival' apparently victorious in the gamble they just made, leaving a bitter sense of frustration now plaguing the mind. Still, she rather it be the magician than that cloaked woman any day instead. "... With that out of the way, why not discuss a potential investment we should make on Kata?"

"Oh, I am curious as well about this investment, and so, we should talk about that" Arisu said with a small grin, curious what they had in plan for the frozen planet."I would, first, think of a way to get there and back without drawing too much attention to ourselves, though. And so, my suggestion would be to not make anything...big." Arisu said with a smile.
"Oh, ms Skathi and ms Elena are already causing stuff big enough there!Elena is being Elena, while Skathi helped me a lot with my problems!I am curious about the investment we'll make on the homes of these two!" Yara replied cheerfully, flipping her mood again now that she remembered Skathi and how much the huldra helped her out.

"Fine....Fine" The Hamster said. He had discovered the cave, he had discovered the EC, why shouldn't he be leader? He figured that if he couldn't out-charisma the mage, he'd have to figure some other way to the top.
"If Miss Fenrir would come up, I think it's only appropriate she lead the rest of the meeting."
Waiting for Fenrir to come close enough to her the Hamster, he spoke quietly to her: "Congratulations....I hope you don't find your victory too....shocking."
He then hopped off and over to one of the chair....unfortunately next to Huntblade.
Edit: Waiting on Bolt, everyone encouraged to post before me though

The magician calmly walked to the spot and sat down, kicking her feet up onto the table. "Ah, so good to see we have this little group forming up, focus developing. I would be interesting in hearing your proposition, what 'investment' you would bring up. In addition...I move to set Fluffy, Destroyer of Worlds into the position of second in command."
She took a long drag on her pipe. "Will anyone oppose this motion?"

Kalina, acknowledging the Headmaster's decision for SIC, promptly responded back. "I find no fault in your choice," she said calmly, having no grudges against magician. "Of course, just a moment to collect my thoughts."
"Skathi... Elena?" tilting his head in curiosity of these names, Gaius felt the urge to question about these two, though shook his head at the notion. There be time and a place to learn about the otherwise lack of inhabitants on the glacial world. Right now it would best to discussion the Ala's proposition. "Nevermind; I hold no opposition to your judgment either, Miss Fenrir."
"... Now," the demon stated, keeping herself upright as she procured a fairly large map out of a fuchsia bag. "In my time on Kata, I had taken care for a few of my own to etched down the geography of the lands visited by me," she explained, running a long finger over several circled dots on the parchment before settling down on one. "This here lays close to a mountain range, where located beneath the rock and ice awaits the treasure I had kept in my travels. Unfortunately, a cave-in from some time back had sealed the main entrances leading to the caverns below... Provided that we can create or find a path to it, I would gladly share the hoard to provide the Council with its much needed funds."

"I see no issue with the hamster being our second, though I am a bit disappointed. Pity I can only bring things here and not take them elsewhere or I could just whisk us away. 'Course, this many people would probably kill me. I hear the last Envoy tried teleporting. Literally shredded by entropy. Not a good way to go."
He pauses.
Although, the Master did speak earlier. Maybe I could ask for a blessing, pop something over that could get us there. Something that big and complex, though... I'd be out of it for a few days, maybe weeks, even with help... No, too risky. There must be another way...
"I'll wrap the ol' noodle around our problem, but in the meantime I'm afraid I'm out of ideas. I've never even been to Kata. Shoot, I'm not sure where I am now."

"Kata would be the planet opposite this one, yes? I believe I could arrange something, though I may not be the fastest. Regardless, it is fully within my ability to transport a group there." The magician crossed her feet. "If anyone else has a better method, or their own in general, by all means, explain away."

"I have!I have one method!" Yara said, raising her hand cheerfully."W-well...we could make a bridge of air to Kata, and travel there!I do that from time to time, I get over there in around...half hour I think!" Yara said cheerfully.
Arisu, meanwhile, sighed."Yara's method takes too long...while yours, Fenrir...well, I do know the dangers of telefrag, and you have not been there before by my knowledge. So either, you are a genius,or you are willing to take risks. My method, meanwhile, involves tunnels between shadows...so I'd say we should compromise.Yara's method shall be utilized by her, and her alone, and I'll use my method to get us there for the first time, so Fenrir can set up a two-way teleportation circle between the two planets."

The Hamster chose now to speak up.
"The Corrupted Caves, the traditional home base of the Evil Council - is a rather special cave that exists in inter-dimensional space. From what I've read, the Original Councilers seemed to think that within it's infinite corridors, you could potentially get to every planet in any reality. The challenge then, is navigation and distance - something the Original Councilers seemed to have mastered, considering their habit of popping up almost anywhere they wanted. Would you know anything about this, Lady Dragonfury?"

Huntblade watched and listened quietly as the votes were made... Getting more and more curious about Murphy, the guy was weird, that was for sure... Though she was still debating whether she liked the guy or not. She then watched as the hamster hopped off over to a chair near her, now holding back the urge to lightly tap the hamster on the little pink twitchy nose... Even though he was amusing, she didn't wish to provoke the wrath of an angry squeaky voice upon her hearing.
"... With that out of the way, why not discuss a potential investment we should make on Kata?"
"Oh, ms Skathi and ms Elena are already causing stuff big enough there!Elena is being Elena, while Skathi helped me a lot with my problems!I am curious about the investment we'll make on the homes of these two!"
Huntblade's attention turned from the bizarre man with the quacking chair and hamster, to the Ala, then listened along with the rest of the conversation, getting a little worried at the mention of Skathi and Elena... Really hoping neither of them would get involved or else the amusing group she found herself in may end up getting, probably literally, torn apart.
"Ah, so good to see we have this little group forming up, focus developing. I would be interesting in hearing your proposition, what 'investment' you would bring up. In addition...I move to set Fluffy, Destroyer of Worlds into the position of second in command."
"Floran have no complaintssss with having Fluffy be Sssecond in Command" She finally spoke, a cheerful tone in her voice.
"This here lays close to a mountain range, where located beneath the rock and ice awaits the treasure I had kept in my travels. Provided that we can create or find a path to it, I would gladly share the hoard to provide the Council with its much needed funds."
Huntblade listened to Kalina, indeed some of the hoarded treasure would be of much help in helping this seedling of a group grow, though still the strange masked Floran returned to quietly listening to the others.
"I see no issue with the hamster being our second, though I am a bit disappointed. Pity I can only bring things here and not take them elsewhere or I could just whisk us away. "... Uh, Floran no want ssstrange man getting ssshredded, bessst find other way that not involve ssshredding." She spoke with concern, looking back to the odd man, though then returned to listening to the others talk again on how to get there.

Addressed, Swix tilted her head where she sat after listening to this all going on quietly, the Shadow Dragon within and around her fading into near transparency, though obviously still there since her eyes were still glowing purple with the overlay.
"Fluffy is correct, The Corrupted Cave does indeed hold the means to pop up anywhere in any reality. A most... ingenius generator provides the means. Of course, in order to know how to use it you would have to go and visit The Corrupted Cave first. It's also one of the more secure places I've ever known in any reality. It will serve the new Council well and everyone will be able to go anywhere they are needed in a snap"
<hr />
Meanwhile Andrew slightly sighed, finally recovering from his fright. "I have my own method of travel... Unfortunately Katas environment is rather hostile to it"

"Hmm...Well, I suppose we need the corrupted cavern for the sake of those who aren't...as mobile as myself." Arisu said with a smile, looking to Swix. "Although, I could teach shadow travel to everybody in here, just like I did to you, Swix." She added.
"Uh...I already can go wherever I want!I just take 40 minutes to go to opposite ends of Pax, though.Is...that good enough, right? And besides, we have no clue about where the corrupted cavern is at all, if we had, then we could've made the Evil Council come true a lot earlier." Yara said cheerfully "I mean, if it is extremely secure, then it wouldn't be easy at all to find it,right?"
